Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are your inspections free?
A: Yes - our initial inspections are completely free. We do ask that you be respectful of our inspectors' time. Late cancellations or no-shows disrupt their schedules significantly, so we appreciate advance notice if your plans change.

Q: I scheduled an inspection at my home - what should I do now?
A: To help our inspectors work as efficiently as possible, please ensure there is clear access to your attic, and that the area is cleaned out before the inspection. This allows us to conduct a thorough assessment without delays.

Q: Do you live trap animals?
A: No - we do not live trap. Our priority is humane, ethical removal, and relocation is not always in the best interest of the animal.

Q: If you don't live trap, what's your removal method?
A: We typically use a one-way exclusion system. After identifying all entry points, our technician will seal off every opening except one. A one-way device is installed at the remaining entry point, allowing the animal to exit - but not return.

Q: How do I know if I have a wildlife issue?
A: Common signs include: scratching or movement in the attic or walls, droppings, chewed wires or insulation, strong odors, or visible holes or entry points around the exterior of your home.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Yes! We include a one-year warranty on all our exclusion work. After the first year, you can renew your warranty annually for $199 to maintain continued protection.

Q: Are there animals you don't handle?
A: Yes - we do not handle: Skunks, Groundhogs, Foxes, Snakes, or Insects.

Q: Do you rescue or rehabilitate wildlife?
A: We don't offer wildlife rescue or rehabilitation services. We recommend contacting your local DNR or Facebook community groups for licensed rehabbers.

Q: Are you animal control?
A: No - we are not affiliated with animal control and cannot assist with lost pets, stray domestic animals, or animal neglect cases.

Q: How much will this cost me?
A: It's impossible to provide an estimate without first assessing the situation. That's why we offer a free inspection.

Q: Do you repair damage caused by animals?
A: Yes! We offer full repair and restoration services including droppings cleanup, insulation work, entry-point sealing, and minor structural repairs.

Q: Will the animals come back?
A: We do everything we can to make sure they don't. Our exclusion work includes sealing all entry points and is backed by our warranty.

Q: Is your company licensed and insured?
A: Yes, we are fully licensed and insured for wildlife removal and home restoration.

Q: Can I remove the animal myself?
A: We strongly advise against it. Wildlife can carry diseases and act unpredictably. Removing animals without proper permits can also be illegal.
